I believe that the genealogy data found in Numbers 1-6 below
is firm and reliable.
On the other hand, the genealogy data at Letters A-E below is not proven, but it is on the internet. It should not be used in pedigree charts unless verified. I only include it here for the interest and speculation of my family. There is little documentary reference material to back it up. If the genealogy data of Letter (A-E) IS accurate, then the oldest Self found is Robert Self, born in 1620 in Melksham, Wiltshire, England.
